Hadn't fancied training today, but I'm glad I did. Squats were all very nice and felt like there were doubles there.

Felt a bit like a proper lifter today when a couple of lads said they thought my bench was massive!!

Didn't have the heart to tell them otherwise so I thanked them and had a bit of a chat about how to get a bigger bench LOL

Grin I'll admit I'm doing more for my squat at the moment Johnny. But I REALLY dislike deadlifting at the moment and once a week is just about all I can manage

But why the squat routine for your deadlift? Why not the deadlift routine for your deadlift?Grin

P.S you'll never make 100 kilos! Wink

Balls! Is it really the squat routine?? Well f**k it. I like the look of it for my deadlifting. If it don't work, it don't work. Only 3 months out of my life. Might even get me liking pulling again!.

And I will be 100 by November. I have already started along the road to Rippendon

LOL didn't think you realized, but as you say can't do any harm.

The road to Rippendon starts in June for me. Sub 90 kilos is my aim. Best of luck to you!

You planning to do the U90's, or is it just for Mrs Mills' sake?
