Today Ned, I joined a gymnasium and i enjoyed training in it !

Honestly, i see myself getting a tad hunkier in the next 6 months.

Please video some of your olympic lifs.

awesome mate ! hunky Boar returns , i will video some of my lifts for your entertainment as i am sure they will be pretty amusing , i haven't seen what my snatch looks like but i don't need to to know it is going to look proper f**king mongy!

tonight: its been a tough week at work so just did something ,i'm in a slight calorie defecit so everything feels like hard work!

back squat atg beltless barx3/3 40kx3 60kx3 70kx3 80kx3 90kx3 100kx3 the last set was embarrassingly close to the limit
wide grip chins 2 sets of 5

got given a double end bag by someone I did some work for, got it set up today so in between sets I spent a lot of time messing about trying to hit it , i think we have it tensioned bit too much as it was very very difficult to hit

tonight :

15 minutes boxing training with my son
wide grip chins supersetted with sit ups 1 mins rest between sets
1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 this gets hard very quickly and in fact I couldn't do 10 on the last set of pullups I got to 7 then had to have a rest

1 mile run 8 mins 42 seconds massive stitch half way round!

first time benching in ages shoulder felt good
