Member 2577, 308 posts SQ 160, BP 130, DL 220510.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | Savage day at HQ with Buzz and Youngy Back squats 70kg x 5 x 2 sets 95kg x 5 105kg x 3 115 x 1+ - I got 15 140kg x 2 Safety Bar squats 80kg x 6 x 3 reps Speed deadlifts with triple purple bands - 60kg at top 110kg x 3 x 6 sets GHR on the Strength Shop Compact GH Bench 3 x 5 assisted reps - man these are tough, will be putting these in every week now Fantastic session today - everything felt great. Like Allan says, I need to get used to having weight on my back. So Im going to do either heavy double or triples after my top set. | ||
