Did 10mins of prowler runs just to get me back into some kind of conditioning routine, was fun. | ||

Got all the swings without breaking them, grip was hurting at the last set. | ||

Been sore for a free weeks now but on Saturday it was unbearable - couldn't straighten it. Warmed up today but decided to skip the squats, may skip them again on Wednesday depending on how it is. | ||

Pull upd were first i have done in a long time and happy to get them at a body weight of 107kg Events on friday should be fun | ||
