Good to be back after 4 days off, knees feel good but back is hurting a bit.

Did 10mins of prowler runs just to get me back into some kind of conditioning routine, was fun.

That was sucky - used 110kg as it is close to bodyweight. Got all the swings without breaking them, grip was hurting at the last set.

Knee has been agony since Friday but can't think what I did to it. Been sore for a free weeks now but on Saturday it was unbearable - couldn't straighten it. Warmed up today but decided to skip the squats, may skip them again on Wednesday depending on how it is.

good session, knee felt ok but not great. Pull upd were first i have done in a long time and happy to get them at a body weight of 107kg
