Some nice benching going on jt. Don't know what to suggest for the C2, just stick to the shorter rows for a bit, or maybe take a couple of days off to get some motivation back?

I am still up for rowing But I am concentrating on the shorter distances going to see how close I can get to 3mins for 1k. The second part of my cunning plan to remain motivated is buying a brand spanking new MODEL D I signed up for the wait list September 1st with a wait time of 11 weeks. I will keep the Model C in the shed and have the D in bed with me.

Todays ERG 10mins 2306m 17 119

4x500m 7mr stroke capped @36pm

1.29.8 36 160
1.33.5 34 159
1.34.8 35 162
1.35.1 36 163

10mins 2121m 18 130

Measured my pulse last night in bed lowest 49 and this morning lowest 52.

Two-timing never works out well in the long run. You'll have to choose at some point. I personally would recommend the newer, younger model over the elderly model.

My model D runs like new - or at least it will do when i replace the sprocket (which I should have done with the chain) to reduce the chain noise.

Very impressive RHR.

If you hit 3 min for a 1k that would be magnificent, I think it's a fair bit tougher than 6:30 2k or a 17:30 5k.

I agree. Back-to-back 1:30s for 500m sounds impossibly hard. I’d love you to do it though.

it seems the one and only thing is 'have' on you is a slightly lower RHR !!

a sub 3 min 1000m is a most excellent target and would be quite the row !! THIS MUST be captured on videogram !!

How low are all your RHRs??? Crazy.

There's only one JT. The top of the pile awaits you.

Never mind the row - next time make sure you get the rumble on video for Sugden.

Did he ask first?

Seems now more people are working at home the "posh shed" is in more demand than ever.

I have job on about 15 miles away, a couple of "on the hook" in London but seriously question wether the money is worth the aggro.

That picture doesn't do your shed, or your lovely back garden, justice.

The shed is massive.
