Good to see you back training. I dropped a fair bit of weight and am only benching once a week, it's surprising how heavy 100kg can feel after being used to just throwing it about in the past | |||

I've not been able to log into my account for a while due to some screw up I think with my router. Anyway, after the mighty Boar's helped out I can access it on my phone No training to report, well nothing interesting. A lot of work on and not very motivated so I'm in tickover mode at the moment, getting out for a run a few times a week, couple of circuits and a session of S/B. I did do 3x10x100 long pause bench which is really quite laughable but the best I've done in some time. | |||
