and almost with the stone - if you can get it on too the shoulder more i think that will help.

tried the tony approach to deadlifts tonight

axle fronties

164x1 weight no problem hanging on to axle big problem!

one arm dumbell snatch 1 rep each arm

10kg
15kg
20kg
25kg
30kg
40kg
50kg first time i have done this just a little joke between myself and cleggmeister!

push jerk drills

did somewhere around 40 doubles on axle nothing heavier than 104kg

rev hyper and rope crunch supersets x4

nice easy session before events tomorrow going for some crazy medleys

How can you fail a deadlift, then triple it and THEN do 2 sets of 4 with it?? I think you're not trying hard enough Wink
