saturday deadlift session. The intention was to max out at 230kg x 1 which seemed likely since I did 205 x 4 last week. I didn't take into account the fact that I had maxed out on squats and then done 3 sets of 8 just a few days before. At 200kg it became pretty evident that 230 wasnt happening that day but thats fine, its a pretty boring number anyway. I decided to just start the first day of my new thing I'm going to do. Touch and go deadlifts.

I don't really know, I'm wondering the same thing at the moment. I have been enjoying hanging leg raises though

Tomorrow mine and Rico's band is playing in the final round of some budgensy battle of the bands tournament. If we win (and theres 6 other bands were against) then we get to play Bloodstock which quite frankly would be great.
