Squats weren't that bad but my hip is really bad. Right knee buckled in a bit every now and again which was not good.

After mondays squats my hip was absolutely killing and I decided I would do some light wide stance box squats to move it through the troublesome range of motion in such a way that the work is being done by my glutes and not my adductors or whatever is going on when i squat.

Im glad you enjoy it!

The fact is that my shoulders are extremely weak having been neglected for years now. I am trying to build them back up so im just adding 1kg per session.

edit: And a cardio machine for 15 minutes. My new place of work is depressing and it turns out a bit of cardio is actually a very good remedy for feeling s**t.
