Solid log progress man, 10kg pbs don't happen too often! Grin

Strong deads as well. Maybe worth bringing them to the front of proceedings next week, making them priority, as log press/cleans will take a bit out the lower back?

Cheers Brian. My back is fine before I start to deadlift, its just the afterwards bit and the few days later. Plus, I want to nail a 135 log at the weekend Wink

looking strong mate. BRUTAL deadlifting!

Cheers fellas. Will, if the Russian plan goes well for me, maybe its something you could give a try for your DL, gewt it up to where you want it to be?
AvatarWILLSAN
I did something similar at the back end of last year and put 15kg on my dl in 4 weeks so I know that kind of thing can work. I tried it again and burnt out though! will maybe have another crack at it through the winter months.

15KG in 4 weeks is nice Grin I can see what you are saying with burnout though, a definite negative to be careful of with these routines!!

great work on saturday pal. i enjoy training with beasts, you certainly fit the bill.

wasn't the board press 180kg x 5, then 190kg x 3 though?

Got my 10 pallets last night (I think 8 is about 52" but will have to measure - but I can obviously paly about with the height of the paltform!) so will be doing Wednesday stone work from now on Wink
