I will do it at the end of the program. Hoping to be closer to 190 at the end of it. Would love a 200 bench, and I will get one eventually Happy

I just take the minimum i think i need. It varies set to set. I rarely train with measured rest, I just go by feel, as I would rather rest longer and make my lifts than rush and fail. I find I rest longest between sets 3 and 4, which I think is a mental thing. With 3 sets done you feel like there is loads to go, and take a bit of rest. After that, just 2 to go, sounds easy, batter them out. Shortest rest us usually between 5 and 6 as I am not thinking about preserving energy for further sets.

It also depends if I am training alone, chatting too much , or end up doing an induction for someone in the middle of my session

Absolutely terrible session last night. Could hardly get out of the car I was so tired. Felt utterly wiped out Unhappy

Deadlift
70x10
120x5
170x3
220x1
250x1
250x1
250x1
speed pulls
200x3
200x3
200x3
dreadfully weak and sluggish. Speed pulls were not even particularly fast

Cleans
70x some but more like a deadlift with a reverse curl, no explosiveness at all. Very sluggish

Bent over rows
100x10
100x10
100x10

finished. Worst session in god knows how long, so bad that the thing that felt strongest was my girly grip Roll-Eyes

3 singles at 250 is good grafting

The trouble is, it shouldn't be grafting, it should be easy for reps.

Just a bad day, but i hate having bad days. usually I find something I can do to a reasonable level, but not last night. Hopefully better tonight
