Cheers guys, was nice for a session to go well. One of those days where you feel stiff and crap all day and then get to the gym and everythign is a bit better.

Just one of the cheap oly bars got bent. Used it for rack pulls afterwards but it was crap because I couldn't roll the bar to tighten the straps so couldn't really get hold of the 400 Unhappy

Its ok, I am decent locking out, its the lower part of the lift I struggle with.

Would like it over 400 though. Might try a 350 without the straps next time

Sure if I did them fresh I wouldn't be far away.

Was most pleased with how easy the 235 set felt tonight, just did the 5 I planned to, but felt good for 3 or 4 more.

Sadly the 245s didn't feel as good as I hoped afterwards

so so, I would say. Nothing was terrible today, but a few things could have been better.

Didn't expect to get the 150 at the first go. Will get it soce it is cleaned up a bit.

Need to work on my weak ass log press, but it will come. Cleans are easy

Well I need to work on everything back related once it's sorted. But we'll both keep pushing each other.
