Strict Press 50x10 65x5 75x5 Push Press 90x3 100x3 90x5 Deadlifts, just playing along with Neil 70x8 90x5 110x8 145x4 155x3 165x10 Farmers 60x10m 100x10mx6 just trying to get faster Some pressing medley stuff Set 1: 62kg Dumbbell, 100kg log set 2: 100kg log, 110kg Push Press, 62kg Dumbbell Set 3: 100kg log, 110kg Push Press, 62kg Dumbbell, 64kg Sandbag Tried to include the 110 yoke, but couldn't seem to get it right Yoke Pickups 110x10 190x8 170x5 370x3 370 - Short walk with 3 pickups Fronties, helping Neil work on his clean grip for these, so did a few myself 70x3 90x4 100x10 Played with 62kg Dumbbell for a bit, trying to find a more comfortable position on the shoulder, and didn't really find one, so my wierd grip it is it would seem. Bit of a mixed bag really, but good fun | ||

Will give it a few weeks and see. It seems to hit the tricep more, which I suppose is the goal. Just need to try them a bit heavier Seated lock outs form sticking point at chin, on flat bench 60x6 70x3 70x3 Lock out from mid forehead 70x3 70x4 70x6 70x6 All in all a weak as piss session. Pressing is not going well at all just now, everything is way down on what it was. Need to get my finger out I think | ||

Supposed to be 3 sets of 5 @ 200 at least tonight ![]() | ||

It happened for a spell in the summer, and it happened with everything, then went away. I think you might remember the session where I had to stop half way home and have a lie down at the side of the road after KB swings. I have not drank any water today, which will prob have played a part. Hopefully it will pass soon | ||

They are crap powerhouse ones that close with velcro. Velcro tore of the wrap at the bottom, on my bad knee of course. Dropped it and bent the bar. Not happy Rack pulls from knee 220x1 270x1 320x1 370x1 straps on 400 fail Seated rows 100x10 140x6 140x8 100m with 80kg sandbag carried to front all in all a bit better than the other sessions this week | ||
