Depends how this rib heals up Anyhow, went back in last night. Felt very tender, but ran about a bit with some 120 kegs and 100kg sandbags. Nothing too strenuous. A few 20-60m runs and loads to about 60" painful but not too much of a hinderance. Went home, sneezed again and it almost floored me. Off to see the physio tomorrow | ||

Rib is still in, its the intercostal muscle thats the problem. Seeing Paula tomorrow morning, she reckons there is a fair bit I can do for it, so hopefully be ok. Its not too bad, I can still do most movements. Dont think deadlifts will be great, and squats really hurt, but the moving stuff was better than expected. Sneezing by far the most painful thing to do | ||

he's got betty davis eyes Member 1684, 6001 posts SQ 250, BP 186, DL 291727.0 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | Mixed one tonight, rib still s**t and will be till i have a few weeks off Behind the next axle press 40*5 90*3 120*1 smacked myself in the back of the head on the way up 90*5 90*5 90*5 90*5 much harder than with bar Viking press 90*5 115*5 140*4 140*6 140*8 140*8 nice and easy Squat lots at 100 several starting at the bottom re racking other peoples fails at 150 rib tender but not too bad Some keg carries with 100kg keg Sandbag 100*30m 100* a couple of laps of the gym weaving in and out between the kit then loaded to highest platform Sandbag felt no problem Some light frame deadlifts | ||
