Just played about with 100, felt good if lined up right Colin was doing viking press so decided to join in without a warmup 140*4 140*6 pretty easy Seated pin press 60*10 100*10 140*10 170*1 so so hard 100*20 in to 60 for 15 Hadn't planned to train. Had almost no sleep since i got up on Thursday morning and have pulled a muscle between my ribs sneezing the other morning. Everything hurt, but other than pain it doesn't seem a hindrance | ||

Had the big wheels on the bar and the boxes set up to touch for depth as we will in the comp. Feels quite closed in with the wheels on, but looks good. My pulled muscle in my rib got sorer each rep, which was annoying 100x5 140x3 180x2 230x1 260x1 in suit Very slow down as I was woried about pain, and then painful on the way up. Doesn't feel like it is likely to cause any bigger problem than the muscle its self so i will crack on. Hopefully it will settle down and i can squat a bit more withour worrying about it | ||
