Ha ha, wont go counting any chickens mate. Just nice to have seen a little progress again. xmas and January were good periods for me last year too.

Wanna keep the momentum this year and try and push on a bit. Felt nice to get that 280 barrier crossed.

Want the 300 before my 30th in June Happy

Cheers mate, I actually think writing stuff down and having to write it up where folk can see it has helped my training. Especially when training on my own

I have never kept a journal before.

funny you say that we said the exact same thing tonight, you put more effort in if your going to type it up for the world to see. so you can imagine how lazy i was beforeGrin

Ha ha, I can indeed. I am not bad when I have a training partner, or am in the mood, but knowing folk will read it helps when you feel like you are having an off day and are struggling for motivation Happy

Was feeling good till mid afternoon and then tiredness and stiffness started to set in. Sitting at a desk the day after training is s**t. Much better to be moving around, avoids all the stiffness.

Went with a fairly easy one today.

120 keg was the full size fat one, weight was fine, but it was really awkward
