101.4 last Tuesday on the Sugden scales, a mere morsel under 16 stones. Calories are quite good at the minute so may well whack a few on in the near future.

Great lifting again. I'd say you could squat at least 170 right now. The most i've done for 3 x 3 is 142.5, and judging how easy your squats looked last week i think its well within you!

I dont know how you do it after deadlifts though.

Still on for next Wednesday?

the deadlifts are looking strong there - and them squats are way deeper than last week, a little too deep, gonna make me look bad.

it hasnt gone un-noticed that those knee wraps appear to have been adjusted again....Grin

The first two squats looked very fast and easy - surely you must have ballsed up the descent or something on the last one? Looked good for a triple with 10kg more.
