Calf Raises 60kg x 20 80kg x 15 60kg x 20 Quite a good session. Been ill past few days, still struggling to breathe a bit so by the SLDL's breathing was more difficult and was pretty much gassed out by this point !! Whilst I am happy that I got what I wanted done and more as got 197.5 for 2 I think i'm gonna repeat this cycle of squats (use same weights) after deload next week as:- a.) Got the weights but they were more difficult than i'd like b.) more importantly, some of the 1st reps on the heavier sets felt a bit above parallel (lack confidence on 1st reps but getting better ), followed by a good rep. Need to sort out the 2 above issues as if I up the weight the reps would not get done or not be done properly. Next run of this cycle will be better !! | ||
