I bought my sand in 25kg bags. I put 2 bags in a rubble sack duct taped it up and then double bagged with another rubble sack. I repeated that with another 2 bags and then put both bags in a woven polyproylene sack. I packed them in and duct taped up the bag and used the rest of the 50m roll of duct tape around the outside of the bag. job done!

Sounds a bit complicated to me that Will. I have an idea though that should work.
Wed 16/4
Rack jerks, behind the neck
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
80kg x 3
100kg x 2
110kg x 1
120kg x 1
130kg x 1
140kg x f
140kg x 1 PB Felt surprisingly easy actually. Hayden has a video for evidence 300 overhead done. May be a bit crackpipe but will give myself a goal of 150kg on these for the Adlingotn overhead meet.
Deadlifts
140kg x 3
180kg x 3
200kg x 1
220kg x 1
235kg x 2f3 Did these in squat shoes. Still undecided as to whether I like them or not.
16" deadlifts
180kg x 2
220kg x 1 These aren't happening tonight, back fried after the 235 from the floor.
Standing strict press
50kg x 5
70kg x 5
85kg x 3
90kg x 3
80kg x 5
Close grip bench press
70kg x 5
90kg x 5
110kg x 5
120kg x 5
Adlington was very busy tonight. Lots of people were putting big weights over their heads, and I mean lots!
