JM ...This is the next race that isnt sold out at the end of june , Beacon park is just by Skem , so just off the M58 , there will be 2 more races in July ...one in leverhulme park , Bolton and the final at Waddow hall in clitheroe , I mega enjoyed it and i am pretty sure you would do very well if you fancy a bash

Last week I did a two hour MTB ride.

Then I did some assistance on Tuesday with some incline bench press, seated press, chins, curls and dips, but I can't remember all the weights.

Yesterday I did an 90 mins MTB ride.

Now I've just done this:

Squat
125kg x 9, 9, 9

Bench press
85kg x 9, 9, 9

Deadlift
147.5kg x 7, 7, 7

I know I've not been around much - I've been mega busy with the kids stuff back on. I'm going to enjoy more MTB rides while the weather is nice, so rowing will take a bit of a back seat, but I am aware I need to jump back on. I've also been avoiding squats because my right knee has been giving me a bit of gyp. I'll have to see how today's squats have effected it...

Next week is half term, so hopefully I'll be able to get some training done and get some sugden time in!

I've had a look, but I can't see the race in Bolton anywhere. Is it just me, or could it have been cancelled for some reason?

they had issues with the venue and have said they hope to rescedule it on the first weekend (saturday) in july.

there is one in Clitheroe (waddow hall) on the 17th july
