212kg x 20m
232kg x 16m (just carried it back for one of the others )

130kg (both PBs to this height)

fantastic to see your log here mate, saves me digging it up in MT among the "Cutting for Ibiza!!11!1!!!" logs.

It was great to see you destroy those weights today, top performance.

You can bet your left bollock on me turning up next sunday! It was great fun, not to mention absolutely gem of a training session.

hey Jonny, if you have Petes email, please send him this sites URL, would be great if he signed up as well for some s**t talk among sessions Grin

Cheers for the warm welcome guys.

Buzz - I'm planning on doing Whitecliffs in the summer, but I will need to get my arse into gear before then, as it's heavy and with lots of good competitors.

Cheers Joni - good to hear you still want to come back, it really spurs me on having you guys to train with and it will help us all one way or another. I'll pm Pete the link.

Rob - good to hear you have some trips to the dungeon planned - you don't want to miss out on all the fun (better than banging the missus I'd say anydayWink ). Also I have got some biscuits now so you can follow any programme that you are doing to the 't'.

Jonathan - not as much as I look forward to thrashing you Tongue j/k cheers mate it will be a great day out that's for sure.

Paul - I do it in my garage and on my drive (I live in Bolton)

Thanks Alex and Olly too, appreciate the warm welcome chaps.
