Bar is hanging at arms lenght an inch or two above your knees, you're slightly bent over and snatch it from there.

Scales in doubles, you're supposed to fail the last set and cut 7kg of this last attempt and double it three times. I dont like failing, especially in the squat so i decided to stop whenever i'd feel like.

Anything below 155kg would have been a joke. I believe i could double 160kg in a good day with the right spotter, someone who doesnt touch the bar unless in goes down and who slaps your back and shouts like someone selling fruits in soho.

Was 67kgx2x4 but i failed the last set, which means i'm not worth 70kg in theory.
Went back to 50kg and worked my way to 67kg, could have nailed it if i was to spend the time needed but the coach said stop.
snatch grip deadlift/pull (excentric,5 seconds descent)

Not as painfull as it was last week, almost liked it.

Coach said i wont double 160kg tonight seeing how my last sets were. Depth is there no doubt about that, but i have difficulty in getting enough speed down the hole when backing up. Should deffo be good for one rep at 160kg atg though.
These bad boys left me knackered 145kg has never been that heavy on my shoulders. Tried to do some benching and left it there when warming up, laziness and empty bag.

Today, i should have squatted 140kg for triples but i didnt want to, now i've got to squat on every session these days it's just going crazy....
Just wanted to say it is the first time i shy away from an exercice. Just to let you know this journal aint **** is that i write what i do and do whats written, i never change the order exercices are to be performed nor do i change reps or sets.
Lately i realised i have a problem with some exercice names that i have difficulty in translating, will find the vocabulary i need and make it clear as soon as i can.
Today, i should have squatted 140kg for triples but i didnt want to, now i've got to squat on every session these days it's just going crazy....
