I remember that for a time I was showering with cold water. I could never quite get the soap off. Can't complain though, I smelled GOOORGE because I use dove soap. Nice kettlebell work too. If I may ask? Where did you chaps get your bells?( i know where the tesco one came from) With my conditioning part of training coming up, I wish to purchase a couple of these and try routines that you guys follow. If you need to order online, the ones Buzz sells look rather charming and are cheaper than any I've seen in shops (except the Tesco Gay-Bell).
