yeah Phil only done the singles before got euros in may, wish they would get us a date for fullpower so we could plan. spoke to mark and he said probably in sunny tamworth againConfused

Ah Tamworth. I liked that venue very much. Only down side was the warm up room wasnt very big, but I liked the way they split the day in to lighter guys first, then heavier guys after, which freed up some space.

You are doing the european singles, what are you going to lift in mate?

260x1 all sets up to here were done from dead stops. Belt from this set onwards.
280x2 bo***cks, I wanted 3. I think I got some talc on my hand some how as on the first rep I could feel the bar slipping from my left hand. I managed to do a 2nd rep, then reset the bar to re-grip, but just couldnt pull a 3rd. f**k I get so wound up when I dont hit a target.

Deadlift holds
310x7 seconds
310x15 seconds, pleased with these.

Weighted side bends
70x4
65x7

Weighted crunches
30x10
30x6

Weighted leg raises
10x15
10x12

Not happy with tonight. But there you go. Take the rough with the smooth. I reason that its not so bad to have a bad lift in the gym, as long as I do it right where it matters ie comp. I have a long weekend of work so I will next train on monday.
