do you hold the plates behind your head on crunches? If not do that! miles harder. i do them with a heavy swiss ball now and again

f**king hand has ripped open again so only light back work. I was well pleased with the bench pbs, a perfect confidence booster before the worlds. The 3 with 150 was solid, I contemplated doing another rep but dont really want to be doing grinders, it would have been a 50/50 rep.

There is something to be said I think for warming up very thoroughly. I got to the gym 15mins before my my training buddies to secure the decent bar. As I was there on my own for a bit I did some light rotator cuff work and good mornings and did more warm ups than normal and I felt fantastic for it.

My next session will be some cardio tomorrow am as I havent had a chance to do any recently. Then squats and deadlifts thursday, then light bench/ maybe back work on sunday.
