solid session. Sometimes you just have to go to work even if it doesn't feel great.

Good luck!

Well here I am. The hotel has free internet access which is cool. There is also a swimming pool here, a barbers, a pizza place and 2 bars complete with pool tables. There isnt much else here though. The nearest shops are a 15-20 dollar taxi away. The venue is linked to our hotel via an indoor bridge so not far to go. There is a subway near by so we have had that for lunch everyday. I was knackered when I arrived as they are behind by 6 hours so I tried to stay up to my normal time here to get used to the time difference. I am used to it now though. I have met up with Iain Kendrick and seen a few of the other lifters such as Andy Bonner, Pete Sutton, Mark Norton, Vince Minty, Gerald Pilling and a few others. Most lifters seem to be staying here. I cant wait to lift now. Tomorrow I am going to watch the unequipped guys lift, in particular Iain, and take some photos for him as his camera has packed up. Then I am going to get as much rest as possible and do some damage come sunday. Speak later y`all!
