Lower back has felt fried since saturdays deadlifts. I was intending to train yesterday but felt tired, so Ive put it off until tonight as I want to do myself justice. Shirted bench for a triple, board work for 3s as well, then some back work.

Thanks guys. Yes T, it does suck getting the s**te bar. Im hoping to one day have enough money to buy my own Texas power bar, but I need to check wether the gym would let me keep it there. I did enquire about buying some heavier dumbells a while back and they said no due to health and safety Angry

WTF we have 60kg+ d/b at our gym that can be made up to 80 or 90kgs and our insurance covers us for that

270x2 and dumped the 3rd, the strength was there but for some reason I fell out of the groove and it fell off my back Angry

Felt really strong tonight. Shame about the dumped rep but there you go.
