10TH TO 14TH OCT 2010

Had a few training light seshs over the past week or so, but gone balls to wall this week and a good couple of seshs this week. highlights as follows:

Deadlift - 230kg x 1

CGBP - 120kg x 1

Bench - 140kg x 1

Pushpress - 100kg x 1

Strict press - 90kg x 1

Front squat - 130kg x 1

Going to my Rheumotologist next Friday, hopefully get some new meds as the 3g of sulphalazine isnt holding the Rea and AS back as it was previously doing, dont know if my body has built up a tolerance to the immune suppresants or something?

Still got sore spine and feet, and clavicle area from those farmers at OD 2 !

All in all cant complain cause ive had a cracking week of training! Grin
