i see what you mean with the barrel fiasco - that sucks. You could have nailed that yoke so easy judging from how you run around with it at the dungeon.

In all, the events looked like a lot of running around!

Good video and well done at the comp.

The question has to be asked though - if the barrels fell off like that why did you drop the yoke? Wink Looked easy for you.

I think Tim would have done better but he has been suffering badly from injuries, I believe.

Ben looks very impressive at the moment!

When are you next planning on coming to the dungeon?

Yeah the 300kg was easy enough! and on a flat surface i may have broke the land speed record!!!! Grin It was the uneven blooming grass that dipped up and down, and when travelling at speed flexed the yoke around! Also the front dug into the grass, unlike if it was on tarmac it would slide and you can recover from that.

The Flash/Ben, your right is on fire! Has his diet and supplements down to a tee, and very disiplined! Could be the next veggie/vegan Pudz!!!

Will be down soon again to the Dungeon, got a wedding to go to this weekend so that wrecks the training! But Good for the Beer arm though! Grin

Good overhead work Ste!

I hate people like Ben who have their diets/supplements down to a 'tea'. It just makes me realise how far off the 'tea' I actually am. Grin

Yep ive only been training two days a week for the past 4 months due to big DIY projects on my house, but thank god i'll have finished the majority of it this weekend! Then its 'Total Rebuild' time on my training! Serious squats, fronts and deads are back on! Unhappy Happy
