Stones Run: 115kg to 56", 140kg to 52", 160kg to 48" x F 160kg to 48" (PB) 160kg to 52" x 5 or 6 fails Really enjoyable session, especially after s**t training last night. Kenny & Hixxy both smashed up some PBs! | ||

The "secret" for me was just doing what everyone else does and keeping the log in close to my body by drawing my elbows back and rolling it up. Even when I had tried it that way before though it hadn't worked, but soething just clicked today. | ||

Bodyweight 108.5kg (with breakfast, light lunch and fluids inside). | ||
