Warmup 5 mins Bench Touch and Go 20 x 15 x 2 45 x 8 52.5 x 5 62.5 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 3 85 x 3 x 2 Close Grip Bench Press 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 4 Behind Neck Press 20 x 10 30 x 5 42.5 x 5 Dips BW x 5 x 3 Abs Hanging Leg Raise, Hanging Crunch, Decline Crunch Pushdowns/Hammer Curls 3 sets of 10 each Bike 5 minutes Very nicely equipped gym, get free access with the hotel I'm in. Loads of equipment and all sorts of bars/benches, but only one squat rack. Cool though. Having a good holiday so far, done the Empire State (amazing and surreal view), Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Ground Zero, Times Square, Central Park (dead nice place) - off to the Bronx Zoo in a bit. Eating handsomely, they don't mess about with portions over here! There are also loads of protein bars and shakes for sale in most stores - there's quite a big health kick obviously. Will try and get a workout in Sunday sometime before we go to Washington as won't get a chance there. | ||

Go to bar in Brooklyn on 57th & 4th called the 'Irish Haven' and tell them a guy called Ed posts on your board.... they won't have a clue what you're on about! I stayed in a place above that bar. Worked in downtown Brooklyn. Manhattan is amazing and makes London look pathetic by comparison. Have fun. | ||
