Member 5, 25563 posts Administrator | I can understand no one wanting to get into the ring with half man / half machine / half child molester KING NEDWARD !! the training is its own reward i guess as its tough as f**k ! I sacked off my gym membership but i think i might have to rejoin as my running is suffering due to the lack of strength training , even in my 50's i cant make my f**king mind up ! wheelie bin is a keeper though , every day now , change the water every sunday ...gets a little skanky although i dont piss in it | ||
