BTW , I have continued with going to the gym and deffo feel better for it but there is still somthing not quite right with my back , not cronic pain or anything but i wouldnt even attempt anything over a 130/140 deadlift and i would need a1 form kisses | ||

Walk your talk Member 5, 25555 posts Administrator | apart from the gloriously terrible name , the stuff doesnt look too bad , sort of like tribulus (which i find does work) I honestly would smash out some light oral type pro hormones / sterons but I just dont want to deal with the ups of being a bit stronger and the lows of it falling away after the cycle. i follow a good few people on instagram who are cruising n blasting is the term that is used for basicly staying on all year round, cruising to an early death for sure anyhoo, time restricted eating and looking after the gut/microbiome is seriously amazing for changing the way you feel, marvelous ! in do some low back yoga stuff at the gym and hang off my chin up bar regular | ||
