tuesday bench press 90k 5/5/5 box squat 102.5k 3/3/3 BOR 70kx8 80kx6 90kx4 70kx10

power clean and strict press 60kx3 power clean 70k 3/3

squats were supposed to be 4 sets of 6 but my legs just felt ruined so I did what i could

Yes it was. The Dungeon is now no more! We moved into a new gaff in November. Gear not - There is still a garage gym housing he kettlebell though!

thursday :

squats : 10kx3 120kx3 left knee quite painful squatting to depth , so i started squatting a bit higher which weirdly seemed to give me no pain did them in a no rest bodybuilding style
60kx10 80kx10 90kx10 100kx10

standing strict press 60k 5/5/5

close grip bench press paused 80kx5/5/5

no mate i've joined a dw fitness gym in Aylesbury , its s**t and full of wa**ers but it's got free parking ,its open early to late and most important of all its warm.

Was looking through YouTube the other day and came across videos from the big gay bash at gym 1. Now that was a proper comp. strict barbell curl for max was my favourite event. You heard from mr fandango recently?

hello Mate , no not spoken to Fandango in years , he disappeared . The goal is to get in decent enough shape to play in a couple of rugby matches and to stay ahead of my eldest boy for as long as possible. The big gay bash was great fun , i used to love those gym competitions where anyone could just turn up and have a go. we had soon good times down at gym1 , i see Rob Ward and Rutledge still train there from facebook , havent seen anything of James though.
