Cheers boys, 'less s**t' it has to be for now. Why do I lose strength SO quickly then take SOOOOO long to gain every ounce back??
Worked f**king every hour under the sun this last week but has been worth it. OFSTED are gone, they are happy, I am even happier.
Quick one tonight:
Push press
60kg x 3
80kg x 3
95kg x 3
80kg x 8
Standing strict press
60kg x 5
77.5kg x 5
Seated rack lockouts (pin #16)
60kg x 3
90kg x 3
105kg x 3

Neil Sparrow is officially happy. Tired as f**k but happy. Still weak as piss but happy.
Olly you are a c**t.
Thurs 21/5
Nice session at Olympic with JC, Robbo, Mick, Phil, Sam and Smalls.
Deadlift
70kg x 3
120kg x 3
170kg x 1 straps up
220kg x 1
250kg x 2 PB (I think)
Stones
90kg x 58"
90kg x 58", 117kg x 51", 132kg x 45" no tacky
175kg x 45"
132kg x 51", 175kg x f
132kg x 58", 117kg x 51"
175kg x 45"
Tyre
1,1
8 in 75 secs
7 in 75 secs
Medley with tyre sled + 112kg:
Arm over arm x 20m
Drag x 20m felt good.
f**ked! Cardio session didn't feel too well after it but got some good work in. I'm pretty sure the 250 double is a first deadlift PB since my last serious back injury 3-4 years ago. The second was hitched a bit, but f**k it - I'm having it! I seem to be getting no better on the tyre but will keep plodding away at it. JC impressed here as did Robbo and Phil. Really enjoyed arm over arm, will definitely be doing more of that in the future!

you may not reffer to yourself as weak as piss whilst doubling 250 deadlifts and lifting 175kg stones. permission denied.

You looked great tonight mate IMO
Best 250 deadlift I have ever seen you pull for 1st rep, arm over arm was quality as was the drag. Stones as always solid. Definitely a nice session
