Thanks. It's going to be a long road back but I'm ready for the challenge. I'll update this with every session I do now. Haven't been on the site much recently as I found it depressing seeing everyone's training and knowing I couldn't train without risking making my injury worse.

Decent starting point. 180 was right on the limit. My belt is too big for me now I've lost a bit of weight and wasn't really helping at all. My upper body is going to take a long time to get back to a decent strength level, but that's fine.

Good session. Squats done with minimal rest. Using Dumbbells for all upper body lifts for now, and using my right arm first as that's the arm that lost the strength when I injured the disc, and just matching what I get with the left.

Decent session. Strength seems to be coming back pretty fast. When I was first injured and tried db bench I was struggling to do 5 reps with 24kg on my right arm.
