9:13 is good for me. Try and get Dom to get in at same time if he's coming on train. It's my deload week coming up so once I've done my Squats and SLDLs I can have a bit of fun with you two without worrying about wrecking my next week of training.

Great session. Target was 6 and I got it without the last rep been too much of a grinder. Log was comfortable. I pushed the last set of db floor press as the first 2 sets felt pretty easy, I'll move it upto 34kg after deload. Looking forward to Saturtday with Team Goats.

nice pressing goatse breath. 1st 3 reps on bench looked rapid.

oh n im up for log, db and stones. also want to do some yoke and maybe front squats depending how squats go tomoz as iv felt the pain from last week the odd time this week kneeling down etc

My best is 122.5kg, I know I could beat that now but it's not in my plans to bother with any one reps on the main 4 lifts for a long time. I'll be repping my old maxes for 5 before I do it Happy
