Another good session. 3 reps was the plan and much easier than I thought it might be. My new grip is improving fast on the non strap sets, the 3 with 187.5 was comfortable. Squats were easy, could of done 10+.

Didnt look overly easy, Im speaking from experience with struggling a bit with deads at the mo! Roll-Eyes

nice pulls. shouldnt your 3 work sets be 5 reps, 3 reps, 1+ reps on singles week? not 3, 3, 1+

That was probably the easiest 3 reps with 210 has ever felt. I usually take more rest between reps but didn't feel like I needed to.

I've edited it now. Yes it was 5/3/1 week. Thta's what I get for copy and pasting the week before and editing it.

I always just copy and paste the week before and edit it, so sometimes I don't change everything I should.

My plan with deads is to hit the required reps on the 5 and 3 week, and 3 on the 1 week until I can't Happy

that sounds like a good plan. my is to get requ. reps on 5 n 3 week then an extra single 10kg heavier on the 1 week

Should be interesting to see were we both end up on our deads seen as we are using similar weights each week. Hopefully my grip will keep improving so I can do all my sets with mixed grip soon.
