Another good session. Everything is coming along nicely. I wasn't sure how today would go as I had a bit of an OCD episode the other night that caused me to not sleep or eat properly the next day. I've been drinking at home a lot and it caught up with me with me, thankfully I've got it under control in time and feel fine now.

Not sure really. I just prefer it now I have no plans to compete as it's easier on my back. The only thing that I ever noticed a big increase in my deadlift from was when I first started doing safety bar squats.
