Probably do another 2 weeks of dieting then do maintenance calories for a few weeks and then decide if I went to go for lower bodyfat or try and put on a bit of muscle. Will depend how I look and feel after the 2 weeks. | ||

Need a full day off tomorrow and then I'll train on Saturday before my massage. Might take a deload week from Monday if I'm still aching. | ||

Felt like training tonight so did some bodyweight stuff, and did the airdyne bike for first time since the injury. Going to do the airdyne for 20 minutes every day now, it's amazing how unfit I am now to when I was using it all the time. | ||
