DEADLIFT

This is the end of a deadlift program we have been doing. I failed 212.5 so many times before i was not confident at all tonight.

172.5 x3 last rep felt/heard something go in my left elbow. Tried to to a second set but getting under the bar is too sore on the elbow. Hopefully its nothing, wait till Monday and see.
