Cleans- 80/3, 100/3, 110/3, 115/3 Seated DB Press- 40/8, 45/8, 45/6 dropped to 30/5 Bench- 60/6, 100/6, 120/6 Snatch- Started off with a 55kg DB but handle was too thick and nearly launched it through the mirror, swapped to BB and did 70kg for 6reps. | ||
