It was strongman style though, not as clean as Id have liked, but not as hitched as the 290kg from Xmas.

Jerks from rack- 60/6 (3strict, 3jerked), 100/4, 120/3, 130/1, 140/1, 150/1 PB, 125/5 PB Reckon I maybe had 155kg, or possibly 160kg in me!

Cleans- 80/3, 100/3, 110/3, 115/3

Seated DB Press- 40/8, 45/8, 45/6 dropped to 30/5

Bench- 60/6, 100/6, 120/6

Snatch- Started off with a 55kg DB but handle was too thick and nearly launched it through the mirror, swapped to BB and did 70kg for 6reps.
