There will be another 'high' planned for approx 10 weeks time when creatine and shakes will be nailed to help achieve this. Will - after today I am!! Back to what worked reasonably well for me before. Robbo - very kind of you to say, thanks. Need to get back to that kind of form (or better) if I'm not going to get totally gravel fooked at the England's! | ||
