How bad you need people mate?

I could possibly come down, but honestly have no idea if I'll be making a c**t out myself and fail most events.

All fun though?

Big_Vess said:Watched a film this week called "machine gun preacher" all to do withe the LRA in Sudan. based on a true story. Heavy going as you would expect due to content but worth a watch.

Worth researching about Sam Childers as well as he likes to distort the truth somewhat.

I also agree with Wayne on behind the neck jerk behind a crap event aswell. I couldn't even grip a bar in that position never mind press/jerk it.

That's a great event and was great to watch in WSM.

I believe we have the better naturally gifted Strongmen, who could go all the way but lack the Professional structure that the Americans have that would make that journey alot easier.

f**king seconded.

Just one of the amazing lifts from Mr Gallacher.

Johnny Gallacher is 80 years young and simply is THE LEDGEND.
