Yea but I choose this low for the flexitime benefits. I didn't choose a career with stupidly long hours to spend the life complaining about them.

A few things have just been overrunning outside of my control a few days this week.

Yea, still planning on it. Will get back on events training in January when I'm less weak. Decided to just get a bit stronger.

tiny rests, like 2 mins,smashed through these easily.

facing out of cage for all Squats today. Good practice. , no mirror, focusing on no weird head movements.

Bench
92.5*5, 4, 4, 4 , 4, 4 volume pb. Default pb. Lol 
need to think about form every set and not get lazy. First set sucks since I just pressed it, didn't think about tightness or leg drive.

Much nicer form this week. Matt was there helping.

18" deadlifts,
160*2, 180*2, 200*2,
210*2, pb double, after like 40 reps of Deadlift. My hands don't like me atm.

Surprisingly easy.

Squats,
belted,

working on form, trying to remove neck movement. Still there on some final reps.

new belt hurting ribs. Switched to old on third set.

Not as easy as I'd want.

Straps for assistance today since hands are ****ed from Saturday still.

157.5*2. Not bad. Final set good, two middle ones less so.

Each set git easier.

long pauses. Four second count.

Slingshot.

Forgot to pause a few last set. All felt good though.

Crap form on heavy sets, still feel crap from the other day and benching.

Seated barbell press,

Seated press sucks,

form fairly good.

Seated Db press,
22.5*10, 9, 8,

In Crawley on a course with work.
In a bodybuilding gym out in the forest. Proper mans gym. They're all giant and terrifying.

All plates are metal and rattly and bars were thin with knurling in the wrong place.

Squats, belted,
137.5*6, 6, 6, 6,
Weird thin rack.

Bench, paused and belted,
87.5*6,6,6, 6. Fairly easy. Even with weird bar and floor.

Wide grip bench, no one to hand off or spot.
Did 60*8, unracking is a b**ch. Can't unrack 80 by myself wide grip. Lol.

Arms and facepulls. Lots and lots of sets.

I actually looked alright under the lovely down lighting in the gym. I gained 10kg lean bodyweight just under the lights then lost it all again when I left.

Different gym. Leisure centre type gym. Guy there doing oly lifting. Best lifts of 135/160 in u105 class. Also, big strongman repping out 250kg deadlift.

Deficit deads, old belt, mixed grip, 1",(stood on 5kg bumper),
140*2, 145*2, 150*2, 155*2,

RDL, straps, 60*8, 8,8,

Lat pulldown, 40*8, 47*10, 54*10,, 47*10,

cable rows, 33*5, 47*10, 54*10, 10

fairly easy,

long pause bench, self count to 4,
97.5*4, 4, easy,

no slingshot today so just normal bench again.

85*8, 8, 8,

Rushed Bench assistance and arms since was going out afterwards with work people . Lower back pain stopped the Pausies.

Very happy with the benching though.

All the benching war working in with some bros on a very very bent bar. Was a bit annoying but only a medium weight day so whatever.

gave up at 150kg warmup. Back pain.

Thought I was just sore but no Deadlifts for a week and intense pain. Screw it.

RDL 60*8, 8, 8 not painful,

foam rolling,

lat pulldown,
40*5, 50*10, 10, 8, 40*10.

Cable rows,
40*10, 50*10, 10,10

more foam rolling
