All good suggestions but cardio makes me bored, I need to do something involving a barbell like DBDL. I actually look forward to doing DBDL.

It's too easy if you look forward to it! You should get a sick, nervous feeling before any conditioning.

Dumbbell split cleans x 10
Chin ups x 10
Then 9,8,7 and so on

125kg x 1
130kg x 1,1,2,1 PB double. Lowering the bar was gassing me out making me fail the second reps! Glad to nail the double though.
115kg x 5

Front squat:
60kg x 5,5
80kg x 5
90kg x 5
110kg x 5
125kg x 5 PB as I've never done 5s Wink
110kg x 5 Last two paused.
