97kg x 1
100kg x 1,1

Shoulder still hurting a bit but happy that 100 is no mental thang.

Snatch pulls:
Upto 110kg x 3
120kg x 2
125kg x 2,2,2

Front squat:
Upto 120kg x 2
130kg x 2
142.5kg x 2,1 Went dizzy.

Off home for a drink.

Low on motivation for that session.

That was tough. 132 was solid but felt very heavy.

Pulls:

Again, felt heavier than usual.
