Yes! I am as wide as I am tall, I manage to lookm slim at over 14 stone? and for a very odd reason most perple are suprised when I tell them Im 5'6... even people I see daily!

Im like tardis but in reverseWink

Do you ever do this stretch to elevate sciatica Andy...?

Although it's a "test" I like it as a stand alone exercise in its one right when used with other key long hold stretches...some foam roller and hockey ball stuff etc etc

A few 30 second holds of this nature and my right sided sciatica is kept at bay

Doing the movement itself isn't a problem you have a score of + 20cm as a maximum...(Assuming you didn't cheat... Wink )

Anyway just a few ideas which may work... I hope your sciatica goes soon mate!

I thought that was centimeters...

And am now confused

Anyway it's a good stretch for the sciatic nerve I believe
