my back is feeling the best it has in ages after physio yesterday just hope it keeps going this way and can be back to 100% soon enough

this was my 2nd day on less then 30g of carbs so feeling tired as not started burning fat yet, so i didnt do all that much

tried the leg press today to see what it was like on my back and never it seems i can lock my left leg out with out pain so didnt bother got a good pump
the session was hard as i feel very flat with out carbs but will be eaten them on thursday so hope it changes things around for me.

not got any pain while walking in my back no more which is good but still getting a lot of nerve pain in my glute

i get 5 sessions free through work mate got the brownlees physio. i think i will go nhs though after my free session run out

benching hurts my glute getting in the arch, so just did a more assistance session try gain a bit of muscle while i cant train for strength plus every one wants to look a little bigger.

Lunge was pulling my nerve in my glute. Surly squats at the same weight ain't bad they didn hurt at all and my back don't hurt any more.

What is point lunging with 70 anyway??? its rehab, go lighter, sooper-dooper tech and feel the burn.

70 is easy mate think i could do over 100, but i might just do body weight next time and try do around 100 reps
