Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | 21/5/14 rehab day mobility and stretchs Bulgarian split squats bw x 10 weight vest x 10 24kg x 10 24kg x 10 Lunges 40kg x 5 50kg x 5 60kg x 5 Wattbike 10 mins finished my back is feeling the best it has in ages after physio yesterday just hope it keeps going this way and can be back to 100% soon enough this was my 2nd day on less then 30g of carbs so feeling tired as not started burning fat yet, so i didnt do all that much | ||

Back been very mobile but getting pain in my glute at the moment and odd twinge in back. | ||

Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | 27/5/14 split squat bw 10 20kg x 8 30kg x 5 30kg x 5 Lunge 50kg x 5 50kg x 5 50kg x 5 leg press with 80kg plate weight 10 10 10 Low row 15 15 15 12 12 Close grip pull down 12 12 12 Prowler 90kg plate weight for 3 runs there and back finished tried the leg press today to see what it was like on my back and never it seems i can lock my left leg out with out pain so didnt bother got a good pump the session was hard as i feel very flat with out carbs but will be eaten them on thursday so hope it changes things around for me. not got any pain while walking in my back no more which is good but still getting a lot of nerve pain in my glute | ||

Surly squats at the same weight ain't bad they didn hurt at all and my back don't hurt any more. | ||
